Vista Engineering - V61-STST - Timber Frame Tie - 125mm Box of 250

The Vista Engineering 125 mm timber frame wall tie, part of their V61 stainless steel masonry‑to‑timber range, is specifically engineered for domestic and small commercial buildings up to four storeys (maximum height ~15 m) with cavity widths of 50‑100 mm.  Made from grade 304 stainless steel, this Type 6 tie accommodates vertical movement while delivering excellent corrosion resistance and a service life of at least 60 years.  It is non‑combustible under UK Building Regulations, complies with BS EN 845‑1 (Type B sound, Type 6 strength), and is supplied complete with 50 mm stainless steel annular ring nails (or screws for SIPS panels)
