Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
To arrange a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@smartsavedirect.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., if it arrived damaged), please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Your Consumer Rights (UK & Ireland)
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022. Under these regulations:
